Tim Tam Slam uses a payment platform called Mollie.
We chose this platform, because they provide a safe environment to make a payment with your preferred payment method.
iDEAL (payments via internet banking for The Netherlands). A customer from The Netherlands can use iDEAL to make an online payment in the trusted and known environment of their own bank. iDEAL is the system that provides direct interaction with the internet banking software of your bank.
Usage of iDEAL is possible with one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.
If iDEAL does not apply to you it is also possible to pay with Creditcard, Mister Cash, Sofort or a bank transfer.
Please keep in mind that payment via bank transfer can take up to 1-3 working days.
Subscribing or unsubscribing can be done in the account settings.

During the order process you have the option to deliver your order on another address.
After receiving your order and payment it will take 1-2 working days until your package is shipped. Note that if you choose to pay via a bank transfer it can take up to 1-3 working days until we receive your payment.
You will receive a notification by email when we have received your payment and are going to ship your order.
Of course this is possible, you can pick up your order on appointment in 's-Gravendeel or Strijen (The Netherlands).

NO, you are not required to meet a certain price to order what you want.

No. Tim Tam biscuits from Australia contains 0,05% alcohol and are not halal suitable. Tim Tam biscuits from Indonesia are halal safe. Some of the Arnott’s products contains cochineal which is derived from insects and is not suitable for a halal diet. Also the pork bases gelatine is not halal proved. We at TimTamSlam.nl only sell Tim Tam cookies from Australia.

No. Some of the Tim Tam products contains cochineal which is derived from insects and is not suitable for a vegetarian diet.
The gelatin is based on pork and beef bones and therefore does not belong in a vegetarian and vegan diet.
White rashes or speckles on chocolate are also referred to as 'bloom'. This can be solidified and crystallized cocoa butter or sugar crystals. You can still eat this chocolate!
We want to offer you the highest quality Tim Tams, so it is never our intention that you receive a pack of Tim Tams with these bubbles on it. We always check the boxes for bloom, but we cannot see inside all the packages.
If you accidentally receive a package of Tim Tams with bloom on it, please contact us and we will refund you.
