Shipping
At timtamslam.nl, we make sure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. We pack your items carefully so that everything is delivered safely and neatly to your door. It’s important to us that you receive your package in perfect shape!

Shipping Costs
Shipping within the Netherlands: €5.95
Shipping to Belgium: €9.95
Shipping to France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Italy, Ireland, and Luxembourg: €18.50

Delivery Time
Once we receive and process your payment, your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please note it may take 1 to 3 business days for us to receive your payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been received, and your order will then be shipped.

Is There a Minimum Order Amount?
No, we don’t have a minimum order amount.

Payment Methods
Tim Tam Slam uses the Mollie payment platform to ensure your payments are secure.

  • iDEAL (payment via internet banking for the Netherlands)
    iDEAL allows customers from the Netherlands to pay safely and easily online. If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay with iDEAL.

  • Bank Transfer
    If you prefer not to use iDEAL, you can make a bank transfer. Please keep in mind that it may take 1 to 3 business days for the payment to be processed.

  • Other Payment Methods
    You can also pay with a credit card, Mister Cash, or Sofort.

Pick-up Option
You can pick up your order in Alphen aan den Rijn. To arrange this, please schedule an appointment via email: info@timtamslam.nl
