Tim Tam Mint Cheesecake cups

Cheesecake Tim Tam Mint Chocolate (dessert cups)

Easy to make, no bake cheesecake dessert!

Ingredients:

Chocolate sauce:

  • 200 gr Dark chocolate
  • 160 ml Whipping cream

Tim Tam Crumb:

  • 12 Mint Tim Tam biscuits

Cheese cake filling:

  • 250 gr cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup Caster Sugar
  • 600 ml Whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
  • Green food colouring

 

Method:

  1. Start with the Chocolate sauce, melt the chocolate with the cream for 30 sec in the microwave and stir. Repeat till the chocolate is smooth.
  2. Tim Tam crumb: Place Tim Tam biscuits in a food processor or blender, process until Tim tams resemble crumbs.
  3. Cheese cake filling:
  • Beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add the Whipping cream, peppermint essence and food colouring and beat again until smooth
  • Stir some of the Tim Tam crumb into the cream cheese mixture.

       Assembly in layers:

  1. Put some crumb in the glass
  2. Cheese cake filling
  3. Chocolate sauce
  4. Cheese cake filling
  5. Chocolate sauce
  6. Tim Tam crumb
